[-299] A 31 People Trip to China

My first time having a weekend trip (ShenZhen, then Guangdong) going with the entire group of 31 as friends (well, kinda). It was crazy, fun and a lot of good stuff: new friends, old friends, massages, food, pictures, poses, hot springs, drinks, more food. For the longest time I thought I have slight social anxiety, but I’m actually not. Perhaps I just have discomfort to bars, discos, dance floors and weirdos :)

I have always been reluctant to go to China but this time it was generally okay. The train looks proper and though I wasn’t exposed to the street very much, I felt like I can go there again even just on my own. Saying YES has always been difficult for me and over the years I have learnt to say more of that, I guess it would give me more fruitful experiences if I manage to say YES a little more sometimes.

Now time to say YES to gym to remedy the food intake…

[-300] A Long & Lonely Road?

We have an old saying from a Chinese scholar: 三十而立, meaning by the age of 30, you will know yourself, have a clear mind about what roads to walk, have yourself prepared for challenges.

300 more days, 1 new chapter awaits; while I’m still gearing up myself mentally and physically, realizing this sooner means I still have 300 days to prepare, and take a serious look at things.

One has to walk 10,000+ days to come this far at what I am, I’m confident that things that I gained is a lot more than that I lost, so I just need to make the best out of this 300 days, and turn this chapter into a very bright one ahead.

Looking forward :)
